What should I expect in my first appointment?
You don't have to do anything special to prepare for therapy. Just be prepared to genuinely share what is prompting you to seek care or assistance. We want you to know that from your first call to the conclusion of service, we treat your inquiry with the utmost respect and sensitivity. We want you to bring yourself as you are.

Do you accept self-pay?
Yes, we do accept self-pay. Our out-of-pocket fees range from $140-200 per session. We also offer sliding scale fees based on financial need.
How long am I supposed to be in therapy?
There is no set number of sessions that you are supposed to maintain. The length of time you spend in care is determined by the concerns that prompted your need to seek care and how you are responding to treatment. As an individual, you drive the decision-making process of how you want your care to be designed.
Do you offer same-day availability?
Insurance verifications usually take 2-3 business days. Until your insurance is verified, we cannot resume services with you, unless you choose to pay out-of-pocket.
For out-of-pocket payments, same-day services can be arranged based on daily availability.
